Thank you East Coast Limos! Booking a limo was one item on a very long list. Working out the details with Louise and having Jane as our chauffeur was wonderful. I was able to relax and let everyone else handle the timing (and traffic). Louise and Jane were very friendly and efficient. Jane seemed to anticipate what we'd need next almost before we did. I was very relieved to be able to sit back and let someone else manage the day. I have already mentioned your company to a couple of people and will happily do so again. I only have fantastic things to say about the service we received on Friday night. Firstly, the limo was perfect! It was exactly what we were looking for, clean, with a great sound system and beautiful lights. Mike was phenomenal and was a great chauffeur! He was so accomodating and took us everywhere we wanted to go and served as an excellent photographer for the evening.
I would definitely recommend East Coast Limos to anyone who is looking for a limo, and if I am in Ottawa and in need of a limo I will definitely contact you again.

We were thrilled with the (wedding) service on Saturday provided by Sean (chauffeur), He was on time, super friendly and, most importantly, helped keep us relaxed all day!!! He was there with anything I needed (hello mints!) and showed up with the party bus at the end of the night which really just topped off the perfect day. We had an absolute blast and, if you ever need a referral, we would absolutely be happy to give one.

The service was wonderful. Peter was very professional. As expected (from previous experiences with your company), he arrived early and was waiting for us when we were ready to go. He went out of his way to bring us water while taking pictures, which was above and beyond our expectations.

We could not have been happier with the service we received!! Peter (chauffeur) was perfectly on time, and so attentive to everything, even arrival times (keeping us exactly on schedule when we were running a bit early - I know, I actually ran EARLY on my wedding day!). He was so helpful in getting me in and out of the limo, and fulfilling needs I hadn't even considered/anticipated. For example; his "W" hand signal, which allowed him to ask or me to ask him for water without interrupting conversations or the flow of things. He kept me (& the wedding party) well hydrated on an extremely warm day. Peter was the perfect combination of unobtrusive yet always available and eager to help. He was very well organized, and took everything in stride. The limo itself was also very impressive! It was clean, well air-conditioned, and a very smooth ride.
